Requisition from your county council

Have you received a requisition from your county council to buy a wig? Then we will be happy to help you!

Getting a requisition from your county council means that you have the right to be reimbursed for a certain part of the wig’s cost. Most county councils are approved by us at INDIGOS HAIR. If you have any questions, you can always email us with questions.

Right of withdrawal

You cannot cancel a pre-order item (PREORDER) as it is ordered as requested.

If you want to return your order, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item. This is done by e-mail or via SMS 0702151102. From the day the goods reach your agent, you have 14 days to return the goods. You will be refunded provided that the item is returned in pristine condition (same condition as when delivered to you).

When returning, the product must be unused and the packaging and any seals must be unbroken, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

When you receive your package, it is your responsibility to immediately check that you have received the correct items and quantity, if errors in the delivery are discovered, this must be notified to us immediately via e-mail no later than 2 days after receipt.

If there is no report within 2 days, the delivery is considered correct and fulfilled.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered goods that are tailored for you, such as wigs or toppers that are measured and colored according to your head and wishes. It also does not apply if you ordered a special size that was not already in stock. If you have added a cut to your wig, the right of withdrawal does not apply either.

Returns & Shipping

For all returns, you are responsible for the goods reaching us, and unless otherwise stated, you are also responsible for the shipping costs. Recommends that you buy “recommended and insured” as it is traceable, if the package disappears you will not get the money back.

Return fee for administrative work, package cost and shipping cost is SEK 159, they are deducted from the sum you get back.

If your order is mis-shipped or incorrect, the return shipping will be refunded.

Unclaimed package

If you do not pick up your item or have given me the wrong information, the package will be sent back to me and then I will charge a fee of SEK 350 for administrative work plus SEK 129 for the shipping paid for sending the item to you. If you have specially ordered an item with, for example, cutting or optional dyeing, you will not get your money back if you choose not to pick up your package.

Reclaim

If you believe that a product is defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as the fault is discovered and make a complaint about the product. The entire product needs to be returned in order for IndigosHair to be able to assess the claim, together with a detailed description of the fault and how the product was used.

If only parts of the product/order are returned to us, we cannot make a complete assessment of the product’s fault and can then only assess and possibly refund for the part we received.

The right to complain only covers original errors on the product and only applies if you have used recommended hair care products and no other products as we cannot ensure that all ingredients in a product are compatible and do not impair/affect the quality of the product.

This means that the right to complain does not cover errors such as caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, use of hair care products other than those recommended or if you have changed the product’s original condition through dyeing, wear or other interventions. The wigs cannot be advertised if you chose to sleep in it as they destroy it incredibly quickly.

Purchases of recommended hair care products must be proven with a receipt.

In the event of a complaint about the insertion of hair, we ask you to contact the person or salon that carried out the work, as they are responsible for the work being carried out correctly. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the costs you incurred for depositing the hair.

In the case of complaint cases where the product is found to be defective or incorrect, you as a customer are exempt from costs arising as a result.

IndigosHair reimburses you for the return cost incurred due to the complaint against presentation of a receipt. On our site there are care tips for hair extensions and wigs, we are not responsible and do not replace items that have been used or cared for in a different way than our instructions.

No complaint is accepted in cases where the hair extension/wig has been dyed or treated in a way other than our care advice and instructions. the hair may only be washed/treated with recommended products and no other products, these may contain ingredients that impair/affect quality and longevity.

In the event of a complaint, the product is sent for an examination to see if you used other products, how they were used, if the product was damaged by not using heat protection or, for example, bathing in chlorine or salt water.

If, after assessment, the item is deemed to be defective/incorrect, you will be replaced with a new item in the first instance. If new goods cannot be sent to you, you will be reimbursed with the total amount incl. shipping costs by refund to your account. You, as a private person, have the right to complain about a faulty product within three years from when you received the product and at the latest within two months from when you discovered or should have discovered the fault.
